Williams Construction was pleased to bring our craftsmanship and attention to detail to Owens Farm, a 17th-century Grade II listed property in Ormskirk. Collaborating closely with the architect and clients, we delivered a carefully executed contemporary extension to replace a failing conservatory, alongside the renovation and expansion of an existing outbuilding to accommodate a purpose-built training swimming pool.
Given the historical significance of the site, our team approached the project with a considered and respectful methodology. The new additions were thoughtfully constructed with clean lines and a minimal material palette, ensuring they complemented rather than competed with the character of the original farmhouse. By maintaining consistency across both extensions, we helped realise a cohesive and understated enhancement to this exceptional heritage property.
